Rhubarb Parfait Ingredients

  1. Natural yoghurt Nutmeg
  2. Rhubarb 200 gm
  3. Sweetener Vanilla pods 12 splits

Rhubarb Parfait Instructions:

Cut the Rhubarb Parfait

Add it into a pot then add suitable quantity of water to pot,adjust on a high heat till the water starts to boil

and turn lower the fire as possible then add the rhubarb and vanilla pod to the lower fire with the lid on the pot until the rhubarb pieces seems to be Crumbling for 12 minutes

Switch off the heat and make the vanilla pod to infuse the Rhubarb Parfait and leave it to be cooled when the recipe is cooled remove the vanilla pod and the seeds into the Rhubarb Parfait then throw it. Add Splenda taste one table spoon Prepare a glass and neatly layer on the Rhubarb Parfait, add with the yoghurt add the rest of the rhubarb, and add with the residual yoghurt. Put it into the fridge for one hour
